Opportunities for Presenters and Exhibitors

Afternoon Workshops

On the day 1 and day 2 of the Conference the afternoons will be filled with hands-on workshops. These workshops share practical principles and techniques. ECHO Asia will organize a number of workshops on its Small Farm Resource Center & Seedbank, but you are invited to also take up one of the workshop slots and share your expertise with those interested. Those interested to also become a workshop organizer are invited to register below through a Google form. These workshops are 60 minutes long. Workshop organizers do not get a discount on their registration fee.

Poster Session

Please consider creating a poster for display at the conference venue. Your poster can be viewed by other conference delegates at their leisure, as well as, at a designated time for poster presenters and other conference attendees to interact. There will be an opportunity during a late afternoon or evening session to give a 5 minute oral summary of your poster and have a brief Q&A.

The instructions for submitting a poster can be found here: Poster Instructions

Exhibitors

Promote your organization or products at the Conference!

ECHO offers our delegates an opportunity to promote their organization or project throughout the week through exhibitor tables and promotional videos.

You can add a Vendor Booth when registering for the event.

Seed Swap

If you would like to participate in this session, please bring seeds to contribute! Feel free to collect varieties of seeds from your farm, garden, or neighbors to share what you think have merit or are special. We ask that you bring them in small bags (if possible 100-300 grams depending on the size of the seeds), that are labeled, and that the seeds are open pollinated (self-collected and able to be saved year after year).

You can purchase ECHO seeds at the conference as well.

Scholarship Opportunities - Now Closed

There are limited scholarships available for those who have financial limitations to attend the Conference. The scholarship will cover the cost of the Day Pass, 4 nights lodging at Horizon and all meals (except 1 dinner) during the event. All other costs including travel, visas, additional food, and other costs will be your own responsibility. Scholarships will be awarded to applicants who can clearly articulate how their participation will contribute to meaningful improvements in the lives of smallholder farmers, in alignment with ECHO's mission and vision.

For visa applicants, scholarships, and student discounts please email echoasa@echocommunity.org for further instructions.
